Shoulder and chest day!

Barbell chest press 10 reps x 3 sets

Military press 10 reps x 4 sets

Band pull apart 10 reps x 4 sets

Dumbbell front raise 10 reps x 4 sets

Dumbbell later raise 10 reps x 4 sets

Push-ups 10 reps x 4 sets

Rear delt flies 10 reps x 4 sets

 

Cardio: 20 mins
