#WOW – April 2, 2017

Sunday morning leg session today!!

Deadlifts 12 reps x 3 sets

Press and clean 10 reps x 3 sets

Front barbell lung 10 reps (each side) x 3 sets

 

Superset

Crossjacks 20 reps x 3 sets

Barbell Biceps Curls 12 reps x 3 sets (active rest)

 

Dumbbell Squat 15 reps x 3 sets

Sumo Squat 10 reps x 3 sets (I typically go pretty heavy on these)

Abductors 10 reps x 3 sets

 

I also mix in some bicycle crunches for additional active rest. Check out my Instagram @jj.lysaght for video of this workout!
