Warm-up

Jogging on the spot x 30 sec

Jumping jacks x 30 sec

Jogging on the spot with high knees x 30 sec

 

Repeat warm-up cycle 3 times

 

Superset #1

Deadlifts x 12 reps

Laying lateral leg raise x 10 reps (each side)

*Repeat for 3 sets

 

Superset #2

Dumbbell plie squat x 15 reps

BOSU crunches x 25 reps

*Repeat for 3 sets

 

Superset #3

Barbell reverse lunges x 10 reps (each side)

Barbell ab roll-out x 10 reps

*Repeat for 3 sets

 

Superset #4

Leg extensions x 12 reps

Seated leg curl x 12 reps

*Repeat for 3 sets

 

Standing calf raises x 15 reps, 3 sets
