10 Chin ups (assisted or unassisted)

Repeat x 3 with 30 second rest in between

15 Hammer curls

15 Dumbbell overhead triceps extensions

Repeat x 3 sets

 

Superset

10 Preacher curls

15 Triceps push downs

Repeat x 3 sets

 

Superset

21s

15 Triceps bench dips

Repeat x 3 sets

 

15 Cobra triceps extension

Repeat x 3 sets
