40 bicycle crunches

12 Dumbbell front raises

12 Dumbbell lateral raises

Side lifts, 10 each side

Repeat x 3

 

Superset

15 Shoulder presses

15 Hanging Leg Raises

Repeat x 3

 

12 Bent Over Rear Delt Raises

Repeat x 3

 

25 Car Drivers
