Warm-up:

40 jumping jacks

30 seconds of high knees (get those knees up to hip level!)

Repeat x3

 

Superset:

25 air squats

10 push-ups

25 crunches

Repeat x3 sets

 

Superset:

25 mountain climbers

30 bicycle crunches

10 vertical jumps

Repeat x3 sets

 

45 second wall sit

Repeat x3
